Several weeks of speculations and leaked details end today as Google finally unveiled its official UPI payment app specially made for India. It is made by Google for India and it is made out of love.💓 The Google Tez uses UPI (Unified Payment Interface) which allows users to do transactions directly by from their bank without any need to add money in a wallet or something. Google Tez has this very special Audio QR technology which allows users to exchange money in between nearby devices bypassing the need of NFC.

Platforms/OS supported:
The Tech giant Google has made this app officially for smartphones. The Google Tez app is available for Android and iOs devices. Any Android device having Android KitKat or higher version of Android Operating System can use this app easily by downloading it from Playstore. Also, Any iOS device with iOS 8 or higher version of iOS Operating System can use this app easily by downloading it from Apple App Store. Google Tez isn't available for Windows Phones ( Have people forgotten that Windows phone is a thing).😤😥😀

Money in your bank:
As I said earlier Google Tez uses UPI (Unified Payment Interface). So there is no need to worry about your money with Google Tez. You can directly do money transactions from your bank account without any need to open a separate account or worry about reloading e-wallets. As your money is safe in the bank and you are not adding it to wallet you will continue to earn interest for your money from your bank.

You can either use Google PIN or your screen lock method for Tez app. Each transaction is secured with UPI PIN. Moreover, Google help center, phone, chat support is always there if you ever need help. |

Tez makes online payments easy by allowing its users pay faster and secure on apps and websites where UPI is accepted. You can pay on RedBus, Dish TV, Domino's Pizza, PVR, etc.

Now, this is the interesting thing that Tech Giant Google has introduced with its payment app Tez. By using this feature you can exchange money in between nearby devices. You can Use Cash Mode to send money instantly to another Tez user nearby without needing to share private details like your bank account or phone number. Now you can transact with the simplicity of cash, but with added security.
The interesting thing about this feature is it uses Audio QR technology that uses ultrasonic sound to pair one device to another device. Moreover, There is no need for any special hardware to make this feature work. It works on any smartphone with a speaker and microphone (Which is there in every smartphone, isn't it?).

Finally, as this app is made for India. It supports different Indian languages Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, and Telugu and that's how it is made easy to understand.
